Oh My Freakin' GOD!! You look awesome girlfren'!! What a difference... I cannot wait to see the end photos if this is the difference in a month... see what a little bit of persistence and stick-to-itness can do??? Just so very proud of you Kat :)

Wow - awsome progress! good for you.
Personally I think 'back' photos are the real 'proof' You can 'suck in' your back or butt. When you see changes there you know they are real and not just some trick via the way you are standing. You're doing it! good for you!
Kat - you look great :) Keep up the hard work - the photos show that it's worth every minute :)

barely any change to scales..hmm fluctuating like between 2 kilos, which i thought was fluidy bits...
that's why i was so shocked!!
cheers rae... it has been so much easier this program.. not only because i know what's going on, but Dan also knows the drill now too. He doesn't even try and be nice via buying me alcohol etc because he knows the story now. THe advice you gave me ages ago, re: not expecting to change life time habits over night is so true!
It's taken me almost all year but am so stoked i'm getting there FINALLY woohoo!
RE: Bella- birdflu :-)... i started to get nervous that i could ever so unrealistically ever so slightly fallen preggers..: i said to dan, wouldn't thaT BE BLOOODY TYPICAL - SLOG MY GUTS OUT ALL YEAR TO GET MY DREAM BODY THEN FALL PREGNANT AND THROW IT ALL OUT THE WINDOW...was relieved this morning though when i found out a bug has been going around and half the towns had whatever i've got... :-) -0 so yes, still a bug in there but one that will leave on it's own accord.... i'm happy being an aunty for now...
