Katfit

well, this weeks attempts at kicking my smoking habit has not been very succesful - however tomorrows the big day and now that i have finally set a date i'm confident it will be easy!

I feel like i'm catching something - cold or flu or something - going home to load up on vegies so i'm fit and healthy for Monday when i start my blitz!! Wohoo can't wait!

Well, here i go - venturing into another twelve week body blitz! This is my second attempt. My first attempt went ok....until I lost all my staff and ended up working +60 hrs a week...anyhow they reckon excuses are for gooses...so moving right a long.... I'm ecstatic i have decied to give it another go. However, when i first signed up again for a second time with Idealbodiesonline.com I must say I turned a little pale and became a bit nervous.... my thought was...why am I going to subject myself to this torture all over again??!!

After a couple of days of deep thought I realised that the bodyblitz was as far from torture that I could possibly get...in fact what I was currently subjecting my body to is infact the real torture. As I sat and thought about my first body transformation effort I remebered the mornings I lifted weights to the sound of my favourite music being overwhelmed with a sense of happiness and power, and the morning I actually cried with excitement when I completed my first 50 min jog without stopping once! Yep.... I want that back..

I live in Exmouth Western Australia - a small down situated on the stunning Ningaloo Reef. I do not have access to a gym or any other type of trainer so I chose to go with an on-line trainer. Sue Heintze (formally Gilman) of Idealbodiesonline.com is my trainer. Her plans get results and are easy to follow. I have looked through all of her success stories and can't wait to become one of them for myself....I am officially turning my back on my wayward ways (renowned for being a party queen) for a fresher, healthier more energetic me.

Ultimate goals:
- look great in my fishing photos wearing a bikini ( I write for a WA fishing publication - with summer quickly approaching i'd like to be happy wandering the beaches in my bikini)
- complete the body blitz and have etched abs
- break my life long bad habits - replace them with good habits and change m yeating / exercise habits for life.

So...I am feeling totally prepared and know this time I will succeed....I can feel it...

- quit smoking
- get all equipment ready
- motivation / goal journal
- fat pics and measurements
Start date: 1st August 2005 - Bring it on!!
